When it comes to acoustic panels, you want absorption, not just coverage.
Forward Acoustics panels are 8x more absorptive than foam, which means you need fewer of them. Foam is oil-based, can emit fumes, is easily damaged, and must be installed by gluing to walls. Forward Acoustics panels are more durable, environmentally friendly, easy to install and totally portable.
100% recycled, Eco-Logo certified acoustic fabric
Renewable pine frame – Sustainable forest-management certified CSA-Z809 Fibreglass absorptive interior is manufactured from recycled consumer glass We do not use petroleum-based foam or toxic resin
Simply use small screws, plugs and L-brackets.
Minimal damage to surfaces compared with glueing foam or panels to walls
Take them with you when you move
With Forward Acoustics panels, aim for 30%-50% coverage of the total surface area of walls and ceilings. This is far less coverage than is required with less absorptive panels and foam, with better acoustic effect. Hang panels at least 30″ from floor and 12” from ceiling.
